About Me:

My food life began in the 70's at my Pa's famous gastropub in Surrey. There, I learnt the ropes & moved on to run restaurants & hotels. Now a Home Economist, Food Stylist and Recipe Writer with 25 years of excellent experience, I am based in the Cotswolds, a short hop from any town or major city.

What I can offer you:

I have worked with large agencies, major photographers, magazines & TV companies on various assignments. The work included food styling, recipe testing & development for books, magazines & one of the major supermarkets. Regular exhibition work of demonstrations to 50+ people. Home economy for TV productions, assisting major celebrities with full organisation & preparation for dems.
I also lead educational workshops in schools & on location, teaching children about food provenance and mindful eating.
